Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, covering all states.
We deliver across East Malaysia, meaning both Sabah and Sarawak.
How long does processing take?
Every order is processed within 1–3 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted in that window.
You will get a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is dispatched.
How fast is delivery?
We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery.
These windows are estimates. Courier operations, holidays, and bad weather can all push a delivery beyond them.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on standard orders.
Bulk or specialised promotional orders are the exception, with the fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How do you track your order?
Once your parcel is with the courier, we send a tracking number and a live tracking link by email or SMS.
